During this gardening skills training workshop local Forest School leader, garden designer and horticulturist James Hazlerigg-Kinlay will demonstrate pruning roses, fruit trees and grape vines. The pruning will be very much a hands-on demonstration outside on a number of roses, young fruit trees and vines in the community garden. Bring your secateurs (sharpened if possible) and you will tackle some pruning so that you can take home some new skills. Tea, coffee and homemade cake will be provided.

All profits will be used to pay for new fruit trees and replacement plants in the community garden.
